I had this idea for quite a wile now,and a friend of mine.
"Legend arts" inspired me to produce it to express my idea better
and so I did, and in hopes that some of this gets added I will explain
the fallowing

The Avatar(head):
Jagex could add some more facial expressions. if you look now
every avatar looks the same just with different hair or hat

The Avatar(body):
Would be awesome to have some positions here on choice. instead of
always facing sideways

The online sidebar:
lets the player chose which ones can view his online status.
and if the player is online a minimap will show his location
based on his z and y position in game and could be easily done
in my eyes.

Clan status:
show which clan the player is on as well as its flag
the day of joint , total contribution to the clan
e.t.c
if the player hasn't a clan however, the recent activity bar
could enlarge his height and fill the blank space

Top skill , Game Progress:
Do the same as they've always done. no major changes
