Major Update as of September 8th, 2022: Thomas is now free to use, though please read the updated description on what to do to use him. Keep in mind as well that I will be updating his face masks to look even more accurate to his Model Series counterparts, so stay tuned when I update this deviation with the changes (this second statement is now outdated, as the faces have now been revamped).

Major Update as of September 26th, 2022: Thomas' faces have now been revamped to more closely represent their faces in the Classic Series, which 24 new faces (including variants) are now added into the reference sheet!

Welp, it's about time I throw my hat onto the ring for making my own version of Thomas, so here's my version! He's pretty much a mixture of a regular E2 with some TVS/Railway Series elements mixed in, which I know is kinda overdone but I think I made a unique version of him. This has been also been in the making for quite some time now, but with the faces completed, I can officially say that Thomas' sprite reference sheet is officially done. I also might make other characters down the line (no pun intended), but no promises. He was a lot of fun making though, especially the faces being strangely the easiest part unlike the rest of the locomotive. Full Name: Thomas the Tank Engine

Description: An E2 class steam engine built initially for the London, Brighton, and South Coast Railway (LB&SC) before transferring to the North Western Railway (NWR)

Gender: Non-Binary Male (He/They)

Purposes: Initially a shunter for the LB&SC, Station Pilot and then Ffarquhar Branchline Engine on the NWR

Creators: Lawson B. Billinton, Brighton Works, Crovan's Gate Works (Re-Build)

Build Date: 1915 C.E.

Rebuild Date: 1960 C.E.

Locomotive Class: LB&SC E2 Class Tank Engine

Numbers: 70 (LB&SC), 1 (NWR)

Whistle: TVS Thomas' Whistle (Classic Series Version)

Biographical Summary: (Coming Soon, I haven't quite thought out a full consensus yet, but a rough explanation is in the Miscellaneous Tidbits section. I might just stick with this as this deviation was purely just for fun and not really anything else.)

Miscellaneous Tidbits:

1. Everything that happened to Thomas pretty much follows the events of the TV Series Seasons 1-5 and then Thomas and the Magic Railroad in that order, which the series onward never happens.

2. Thomas is the last of their siblings, the only surviving member of the E2 Class.

3. Like all of Sodor and its inhabitants, Thomas is only kept alive by the magic engine Lady and the Magic Railway, which he is susceptible to losing his sentience if the magic produced by them (known as the Life-Source) is threatened or non-existent.

4. The Life-Source also allows them to telepathically communicate to non-sentient engines, which the rest of the engines of the NWR also share.

5. His LB&SC livery was only kept for a year after 1915 before being painted the blue and red NWR livery after helping construction of the NWR, then receiving their number a few years later.
