The blue dots are the settlements of the formerly enslaved humans, which got the lands arround the Sea of Nurnen as their own territory, as mentioned in "Return of the King"? Therefore they are strictly speaking not part of Gondor?
Did I get that right?

There quite a numerous ranger posts seemingly next door to orc tribes, a number of them across sea.

And curious about the tribes in Groth Mal. Who would come across sooner and deal with most? The Easterlings or the Rangers?

They trade with eastern men.  Have for centuries.

Cause I was entertaining a premise of how no doubt after the Fall, orcs would be in lower numbers than before Sauron summoned them. And the Easterlings having suffered less, but lost land, east Rhovanion and/or West Rhun to Gondor -if my knowledge is correct- are trying to snatch away the material wealth of the Ash Mountains for themselves.

Gondor would make some argument that Mordor, or at least the lands of Nurn is a consolation for the defeated foes, but the Eastern Man would say that the Ash Mountains is not within jurisdiction and they have trading ties with orcs, that are now falling short struggling with leadership, which shouldn't concern them.

In my verse, there have been treaties signed with the people of Harad and Rhun that are basically pacts of non aggression.  Gondor has given Nurn to the freed slaves of Barad dur (the mannish ones), but maintains forts as outposts to protect them, since they have no standing armies.  However (and I've mentioned all this in Splint already, BTW), the people in Nurn have asked for a stop to the orc hunts (and this reasoning is something along the lines of "don't poke a hornet's nest").

People of Rhun and Khand and Harad trade with their orcish neighbors, and Gondor does not have the troops to invade orcish mountain strongholds.  That would be suicide and would massively deplete their newly regained forces.  Plus, you are dealing with a War-weary populace.  12 years is a while, but Gondor fought Mordor for decades leading up to War.  They have only, in the past five years, regained all of their lands (Ithilien, Southern Gondor) completely.  So there was still a good amount of fighting right up until four or five years prior to the start of the story.

so many orc tribes left! :3

How much the changes here are yours, if I may ask? I'm seeing plenty of "ranger stations" and "forts"?

As well, I do wonder about the city Bassida! Quite large on the map, in relation to all the others!

wonderful work!

You'll notice where most are clustered, yes?  That is important for much later.

Bassida is a huge trade city, located near the Southern lands with easy access to Gondor.  All men, in that city.

I would say, they are clustered away from the reaches of the orc hunters! D:

It is of your creation Bassida, or it comes from the lore of Tolkien?

It's mine.  That city popped up post war, when the Haradrim and Gondor struck a peace.

Quite interesting!

May I ask, which another important places (I mean as mayor cities, nations, main fortresses, rather than just villages and such) have you added?

I've denoted different nations within Khand and the Harad lands, but since that does not come into play in this story, I am not doing super-finished maps for them.  But Zoop's metion of the Husam and Mamlakah in "Freedom's Limits" (a spin off story of Splint, being written by another author) are from those notes.
