Whoah... surreal is right. And not in the happy-dream sort of way. I love how he's standing almost perfectly straight as everything else seems to be moving so quickly... as if the person whose perspective this is in is turning to flee, but HE remains constant in his vision... and always perfectly still.
For all that this is essentially black scribbly lines on white, it really does capture the essence of it well. Good job.
