I have no idea. I think there was like an animation somebody did on a different website and the idea just slowly spread from there. Things only need a spark in order to catch on afterall X3

The first instance of hypno-shygal I saw was on a ChaosCroc sketch stream when I asked him to do one. Then a few other pics popped up and the sequences started emerging of people being turned into shygals a couple of weeks ago and that idea was awesome and has definitely caught on in the hypno-tf scene.
