Hi,
Sorry for the late, I hadn't seen your question. I don't come very often on deviantart.
I did not code the grid with the hour digits, it's just a preview image.

Any change you release a version that is like the orange own shown - with the numerical time and 1, 2, 4, 8 guides?

Yeah, like in the preview. It would look fantastic.
Great skin by the way, it fits my desktop style exactly.

I ended up falling in love with the original size, but 64x64 would be nice if it was still readable

You must edit "BinaryClock.ini" and replace "Background.png" by "Background 2.png" or "Background 3.png"
Save and restart Rainmeter.

I did. Can I post, crediting yours? It was the rearranging of the four dot slices in ps, combined with the addition of bitmapdigits=1 for the first number in hours and minutes and bitmapdigits=2 of the same.

Thanks helkin for the help before, it worked perfectly. I was wondering though why the circles that are off are not displayed but the one (1) in hour display (I mean the bottom left one) can be seen even if it off (say its 20:36, only the top circle should be seen).

the four circles transparent, under hours and minutes, are markers (background.png) for better reading !

Hey this clock is great!
Some questions though: How do I make it display seconds, how do I resize it and how I change the "2 colors of light" you said in description?
Thanks again xD

helkin86 In reply to creece [2010-08-09 13:41:23 +0000 UTC]
•You must edit BinaryClock.ini and replace the name of png (BitmapImage=Light blue.png)
•And for seconds add this on top:
[MeasureTimeS]
Measure=Time
Format="%S"
and this on bottom
[MeterTimeS]
MeasureName=MeasureTimeS
Meter=BITMAP
X=264
Y=0
BitmapImage=Light orange.png
BitmapFrames=10
BitmapExtend=1
BitmapAlign=right
•Resize is more complicated, you must edit the images.

yeah a third one would be cool. i don't like quadra because its kinda confusing to read. your binary clocks are great i really like the style of the first two (the non quadra ones). it would be cool if you made a different styled binary clock though. not pushing you or anything (i personally dont know how much work goes into those thingies).

Hey, I have a question. So I made a Pokemon Rainmeter theme and I created a copy of the bitmap of the circles and replaced the circles with Pokeballs. (They still have a glow effect since the balls fit inside the fade). Anyways, I wanted to know what's the correspondence. I want to change the hours to Great Balls and leave the minutes as Poke Balls. I changed the first six to Great Balls but after refreshing the skin, they were kinda "randomly placed." Specifically, what circles in the bitmap stand for the hour?
Thanks.

Thanks for the
my english is bad and I don't know if I understood!
For the Great and Poke Balls, you must create two png files.
for exemple: "GreatBalls.png" and "PokeBalls.png"
Edit BinaryClock.ini and change "BitmapImage=Light orange.png" to "BitmapImage=GreatBalls.png" under [MeterTimeH]
and change "BitmapImage=Light orange.png" to "BitmapImage= PokeBalls.png" under [MeterTimeM]
(About glow effect I don't understand your problem! Glow effect is included to the png, If you want to delete it you must create a new png without my circles)

Oh I have no problems with the glow effect, I'm just saying I was able to keep them. And thanks for telling me how to fix it.

Very nice clock. I just took about literally a minute to get the hang of learning how to read this clock.
