Yes it's possible, but it's been years that I do not use rainmeter and I have forgotten the basics, but check this link, it's my binary clock with rotated.

- Install Rainmeter.
- Extract "Binary Clock" folder toΒ C:\Users\"your user folder"\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins
- Load the skin on rainmeter.
