Let me dig through my referance library. A lot of the titles are old and hard to find, but Ive got some on knife making that are easier to track down and the info translates over to sword making since the principles are similar for the most part.

Looks like most of the ones I have are available on Amazon. Do a search on knife making and several good books pop up. Avoid "Step by step knifemaking". His methods are not terribly well thought out. Still an ok book, but some of the stuff he does is pretty far from the best way of doing things. Custom knife making by Tim McCreight is a good basic beginners book.

I've been making them for a few years and I'm seeing folks asking for more germanic war knives,
like albion swords..The Cherusker (Germanic Single Edged).
They call it a sword I know it as a war knife.
its not that far from a bowie knife.
