Description
The elite units of the NCR. They are an extremely intimidating force on the ground. Proof of the NCRs military power is in their Victory of the "First Battle of Hoover Dam" and in their war with The Brotherhood of Steel. The armor has an intimidating "Don't mess" look. This armor is pretty easy, just be nice to the ncr and get a lot of rep, then ask James Hsu and he will give a key to get this armor.

If I remember reading correctly the Rangers were the Texas Rangers pre-Great War. Oddly fitting that my Courier looks sort of like Chuck Norris. Should've named him Walker.

Well two options... the fastest way is to be friendly with the NCR and get the Safehouse key. (Recommend Jury Rigging perk to repair it)
or you can wait til about halfway into the game and kill one f the Veteran Rangers.

I love the armor too, joined the NCR side specifically for it and then ended up never getting it... so I sniped one of them so I could have it during the Hoover Dam battle

lol your welcome for the wall paper. as for getting the armor without pissing them off... you need to talk to Colonel Hsu after becoming liked or Idolized ny the NCR. Then you get a key to the safehouse and you'll find it there. you'll want the Jury Rigging perk to fix it tho.

i havnt got the thing yet but helpful tip: get rat slayer at broc flower cave, and do a sneak attack critacal on the douche who has the armor and WAZHOW you will have no reputation lost and the amor and mabye the rifle
