Story is that a huge sandstorm hits the UAE and destroys Dubai. An evacuation force, the 33rd division, lead by Colonel John Konrad tries to help the civilians. They are not heard for 6 months until finally a weak transmission is sent. The US military responds by sending an elite Delta squad to find survivors. They find themselves in the midst of a war between refugees and the remnants of the 33rd. A member of the CIA is leading the refugees. The story is full of tough choices and they affect the end result.
