Description Found another funny little mod out there. I'm surprised I didn't find it earlier.

Here's the mod to get this house, it's actually a player home with lots of neat stuff inside: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles…

I've written a fanfic for Archer called "Template of a Hero", so if you like these comics and you're interested, why not give his story a read? Here's the FF.net link: www.fanfiction.net/s/8362678/1…

Poor Archer thought he had the right place. He wasn't totally wrong... but there aren't as many dragons in New Zealand. At least the sights there are nice, too!

Aye, I wake up to the sight of a volcano every morning.
The important thing is that there are still dragons. I have one living in my bedroom.

I've woken up surrounded by volcanoes on all sides, too. It was when I visited Chile, and took a trip with my family and my mother's side of the family to a cabin up on the Andes Mountains. And I kid you not, a couple of them were not exactly dormant — in fact, I think I still have a picture and a video of one of them smoking, shot from the front porch. It was awesome.

So you own a dragon, huh? Nice. I used to own one, too. A cute lil Bearded Dragon I named Yoshi. I used to love feeding him by hand.

Oh wow, that sounds dramatic!

Yep, also a Beardie, named Talos. Go figure

Ah, Talos. Does your beardie also circle Crete as a giant bronze automaton to protect it from invaders?

Poor Archer. He came all that way for nothing.

Archer. It seems your friends are missing. Would you like to find them? All you have to do is use me (Excalibur turns into his sword form and is bright it almost blinds Archer) With one swipe, you can tear through time and space and find them.

HelloMyNameIsEd In reply to Nazaru [2014-05-10 15:23:30 +0000 UTC]

Last time Archer interacted with a talking sword it wanted him to murder his friends, so...

ThatPerson3850 In reply to HelloMyNameIsEd [2014-08-12 13:22:19 +0000 UTC]

Another talking sword that would be interesting to see Archer use is the Eyelander.  It doesn't say much. Just "heads."

"Okay, eyelander. I'm going to leave you here with my horse while I go get something. It better still have a head by the time I get back!"

To do list:

1: go to GameStop next time I'm paid

2: get Skyrim for PC

3: come home and set up a game

4: get Hobbit Hole mod

5: rub it in Ulfric's face

Job well done!

Ulfric will just be there in his palace thinking, "Well... This sucks."

It sucks because he's jealous or because by now he's done dealing with the Dragonborn, especially since mine is always an Altmer?

I dunno, I really do like the fire hearth room, it casts some pretty awesome-looking shadows and looks pretty cool to me.

No Archer you're early. So you either use the wait feature and miss them, or physically stand there for hours, days, or longer until something happens. (or fail the quest).

SereglothIV [2014-02-04 00:37:50 +0000 UTC]

Strange, while watching the Hobbit I thought about Skyrim once during the Mirkwood chapter, but not during the scenes with Smaug. Looks like I'm not so Skyrim-addicted as I thought.
And judging by as he was fighting with the dwarves, he'd be rather easy opponent for the Dragonborn. He could have killed the dwarves so many times during the whole battle, but he screwed it up. I'm sayin about the movie, of course, which, unfortunately, has little to do with the original book...

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

HelloMyNameIsEd In reply to SereglothIV [2014-02-04 00:59:07 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I get the feeling that the Mirkwood episode would fit right into Skyrim somewhere...

Nightdragon0 [2014-02-03 12:24:39 +0000 UTC]

And I kept telling my friends how some of the Smaug scenes reminded me so much of Skyrim!

Smaug kinda made me remember Alduin, in a way.

HelloMyNameIsEd In reply to Wildroses2009 [2014-02-03 22:06:03 +0000 UTC]

Darn it, Archer. You should prioritize your deadlines better!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Wildroses2009 In reply to HelloMyNameIsEd [2014-02-04 10:02:40 +0000 UTC]

To be fair, I suppose if you were used to the way all emergencies Skyrim patiently wait for you, an actual deadline might be an alien one to a Dovahkiin. I'm surprised Archer even understands the concept of being 'too late'.

👍: 0 ⏩: 0

ElwisFromPoland [2014-02-03 06:12:04 +0000 UTC]

Sorry to tell you Archer, but yeah, you're late.

Eh, maybe it's a good thing, he didn't come. From what I heard (SPOILERS!) they lost in a forest, and were found by a sh*tload of giant spiders. (END OF SPOILERS!)

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

HelloMyNameIsEd In reply to ElwisFromPoland [2014-02-03 22:05:34 +0000 UTC]

He might've had a fun time burning all those spiders, or he would've had a terrible time nearly being eaten by them.

I've seen the most recent Hobbit movie, and I've also already read the book, so you don't need to worry about spoiling anything for me.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

ElwisFromPoland In reply to HelloMyNameIsEd [2014-02-04 07:17:21 +0000 UTC]

"He might've had a fun time burning all those spiders" And eventually burning down the whole forrest, but nothing big happen. It will come back to normal, in about 100 or more years.

Oh, so you even read book. Well, okay. But what if people who didn't read the story, or watched the movies like to read comments? For them, that would be a big spoiler.

Epic!

HelloMyNameIsEd In reply to kayly101 [2014-02-03 22:02:47 +0000 UTC]

Disrupting him? Bilbo would probably scream in fear at what appears to be a creature so foul-looking that it could only have come from Mordor, and hide under the table.

With a charming mug like that? Nah XD

Though it would be hilarious to see Archer inside of the hobbit hole

"Its a wee bit snug in here" as his horns get stuck in the chandelier lol

Got to love the horns but sometimes they can be a pain, eh?

I can only imagine how many perfectly good shirts Archer has ruined because he tried to pull them over his head too roughly.

Please tell me Lydia can sew too? xD "Seriously Archer? Again" *sighs while grabbing a needle and thread* Bahahaha! Hope none of the shirts were nice Thane clothing XD

Ahhh preaching to the choir with the horns, my friend

My Crystal-la always wanted to wear the Wolf armor helmet of the Companions but it needs a little alteration to fit her horns lol
