Elekid generally looks cute and harmless, but when it comes to battle his dark, merciless side is ready and raring to surface. He'll do anything to be the best, so you better watch out.~Made in Photoshop CS6. Everything done using mouse.

I love it when people draw Pokemon not a lot of people pay attention to. For example, I don't really care much for Elekid, but this awesome drawing convinces me that Elekid is an awesome Pokemon.
The way you drew the blue sparks is amazing. The different shadings of blue really make the sparks look real.
I'm not going to criticize too much on the eyes. But they're not realistic; nothing has a completely colored eye. But I understand that this is a fan art, not a realistic art, so I'm not going to be too harsh on that.
What I especially like about is the shading. It's very realistic -- lighter parts where it's exposed to more light, darker where it's exposed to less light. You did an excellent job with the shading/lighting.
Overall, I think that this is an amazing piece of artwork. Nice job and keep up the good work!!

Thank you! I wish I had a tablet, I really do, lol. I refined the lineart 3 times from sketch to get it looking clean and use a whole lot of zoom and a steady hand.
