That really is just beautiful. I've always struggled with making my textures look right, but what you have here, like always, is simply amazing. The design is just great, period. I love the face especially.

See I think this is really cool! I've been working in zbrush as of late, and it has gotten me on the side of making all the surface texture and details. But here I see your mesh is more simply, and your detail is all the the coloring/painting (whatever it's called - kinda new to 3d still xD). I really like this style that you did here. I guess this is the way most games do it? I noticed it in a game I used to play.

You need to triangulate you model before texturing to avoid incorrect texture display.

I know this doesn't help you critique-wise, but you're a god. I am getting into 3D and you have blown my mind out of the water with such an amazing quality of texturing and 3D conceptualization. I am in awe. I thank you for sharing this piece with us.

I like her hair. Even though it's a flat polygon the way you painted it gives it volume, particularly in the back.
Oh...I see what you did with her face painting there.
Again, I really like these textures. Did you use a certain shader, or just slave away in photoshop and use a lambert?
Did you put bumps on the mesh (like the metals) or just fake it really well with the textures?
It looks like, from the UVs, the sword comes out of the scabbard?
Wireframe tris scare me.
Annnd...that's all. I think. For now.

I just painted it on a flat material. I didn't do bumb or specular for this one.
The sword is comes out, yes/ I just didn't show it in her pose.

I always enjoy your style and simplicity but this time i think the area of the pants between her legs looks kindo of flat and made me look a second time to think: hmm.
