My first thought upon seeing this was Star Wars - General Havoc sounds similar to a random SW EU character I cant remember off the top of my head, that star map looks very similar to the ones used in KOTOR, and squinting at the writing, I would swear it is in Aurabesh.

That shoulder pad is way off scale, in fact; the right one is larger than the left one it appears.
i'm really fond of her..boots? i wish i could see what she wore on the bottom, the kneepads seems interesting since they have chains and all that, makes me curious on the rest of the design and a very smart design that is too, never thought about such a combination!

Not only the illustration is close to perfection in all points (color, composition), but the strongest part is the expression conveyed by the character, dwelling into "plans within plans within plans", carefully balancing each option between maybe conquest, retreat, trading, diplomacy - even betrayal...

i think it took me about 20 hours. i remember after a sketch i spend a whole day on it and do some minor work on the next day before the deadline.
