Thanks for mentioning the shadows; they're the best thing of this piece, IMO And, ofcourse the sexyness is a nice bonus

Funny you should mention the background; it was free Was kinda surprised to find that kind o' stuff free The operating table was free as well, but I had a little fun and whipped up some textures myself

But it came out really well, and yeah I am suprised you got the background for free. Did you download it or something? was it part of the program?

As for the background...Yeah, I've downloaded it for free Considering that something like that sometimes costs $5,- or more, that's pretty good

Not neccesarily...Maybe she's fast enough to avoid big blood splatter...Maybe she cleans it real well...I thought it would add a nice touch
