Colored pencil on blue card board 24 cm x 34 cmThe monarch butterfly or simply monarch (Danaus plexippus) is a milkweed butterfly (subfamily Danainae) in the family Nymphalidae. Other common names depending on region include milkweed, common tiger, wanderer, and black veined brown. It may be the most familiar North American butterfly, and is considered an iconic pollinator species. Its wings feature an easily recognizable black, orange, and white pattern, with a wingspan of 8.9–10.2 cm ( 3 1⁄2–4 in) The viceroy butterfly is similar in color and pattern, but is markedly smaller and has an extra black stripe across each hindwing.

Lovely. The blue card board really goes well with the overall color scheme. I like how the wing almost has a shimmering effect to it.

In het begin van emoes en kangaroo ,
ik heb heel veel Dierenfoto,s Hendrik,maar ik moet ze nog opzoeken.
En ik weet niet of de kwaliteit geschikt is voor je werk.
Ik kijk of ik het goed heb en dan knip ik af.
Van het toestel of instelling ervan heb ik geen verstand
wat vind je beter voor DA

Absoluut de collages, daarin zit meer inspiratie, denkwerk en verhaal. Ik zou er zelf eens mee aan de slag willen , maar de techniek en de benodigde tools heb ik niet ; misschien kan jij me op weg zetten om iets te proberen ? Je kan me een note zenden als je wil , ipv deze comment block te beantwoorden .
