I didn't, but that's 'cause I only played the game years after knowing about the entire story already. Also, the guide I was using didn't properly explain how long you had to wait for him, so after realizing that I had lost him, I ragequit, since I already knew the rest of the story anyway.

Nope, didn't bother. I already knew what was going to happen, so I didn't miss out on much. The only thing left to do really just was going to Kefka's Tower.

I obviously knew of it (it's the tits, one of the best scores in FF games), but at time of reply, I did not know what exactly it was.
It was a few years ago, now, don't even remember how many, that I've played FF6 on my PSP. Despite that, I'd still consider it tops in the main series, probably only loses to FFX because I am a biased fuck in regards to that game.

Yeah, FFX is pretty good. Though personally, I prefer the active time bar of the classic IV, V and VI. And VII, VIII and IX, if you want to stretch it. BTW, what's your opinion on FFXIII? Like it or hate it, I don't really care.

I am personally ambivalent towards the whole thing, though I do agree far more with the negative criticism (as it is more often objective, though there are a few "Because it sucks"), than I do with the subjective positive opinion of defenders.
I can "play" them, and just trot along (especially since XIII and XIII-2 I played with the guides), but they don't really leave me with any satisfaction when they're done, and there's nothing there to keep me playing at the end. Even the FF games that I've powered through (FFIV, specifically), I still think that there are things that I could just go back and do again, better this time, if it wasn't for the time it takes to play them. That has not happened with the XIII games I've played, and even then I still want to play Shaitning Returns, even though I KNOW I'll probably dislike it.

Nope. I already knew what was gonna go down, story-wise, and losing Shadow took its toll. I think that after gathering every character, I stopped playing.
