Description
And, here we go, ladies and gentlemen: three FF Lessons from my favorite Final Fantasy game (WARNING: I'm extremely biased on that opinion). From Dark Aeons, to Sendings, to Spiky Rocks, I hope it tickles your fancy. It took me a little while longer to do these, because I was sick. xP
Anyways, hopy y'all like these.

But for real though Rikku speaks truth. Also that last drawing with the whole crew is adorable.Β

Surprisingly, no. Not a reference to our Great Princess, Tom.

Still, couldn't help but think about Sweetie Belle popping out of a bush and Rarity finding a rock. XD

It's a fair comparison, as for bronies, it's probably one of the most contemporary uses of that joke. xD

Without a doubt! XD
BTW, I'm new to your page. Will you ever make these for the other FF games?

Currently, I've done three for every Final Fantasy game I've played. And of course, despite knowing the plot of every game, I can't make the panels without first-hand experience with the games I am missing.
I have some more "lessons"Β written down for the ones I've already played, but I dunno when I'll get back to them.

Have you tried Bravely Default yet? That's a Final Fantasy game, and there are MANY lessons to be learned in it (Believe me, great game, but not without some... questionable things...)

It's not a Final Fantasy game, just because it's a class-based game withΒ turn-based combat. But no, I've not had a chance to play it (mostly because 3DS games hardly ever change prices. CURSES, NINTENDO!!!).

Weeeeellllllll.... It technically is, since there's Curaga and Fira and all that, not to mention it's made by Square with the exact same battle systems and battle layout, so you could make the argument it is a Final Fantasy game.
But hey, it's your thing. I'm just telling you what I think. Β

By that logic, Kingdom Hearts and Chrono Trigger would be FF games as well, just because they share elements with the franchise.
And, since it rips off the combat system of FFX, Lord of the Rings: The Third Age would also be part of the series.

First panel: Pretty much my reaction when dueling Dark Valefor. The only Dark Aeon i've ever defeated and I only accomplished thanks to Blitz Ace and Anima's Oblivion after some serious EXP grinding. It doesn't help that he stands between the last Jecht Sphere needed to unlock Auron's Tornado ability.
Second Panel: Is it wrong of me that i'm now picturing Jecht taking the form of the Stay Puft Marshmellow Man in the final battle?
Third Panel: Absolutely spot on! I really loved the game, but Yu-Yeven just felt rather anti-climatic. I mean, we went from Seymour Omnis (which has one of my favourite Boss Battle tracks), to Jecht in badass Aeon form, to a... magical woodlouse (well, that was my reaction when I first fought him).

No, it is not wrong for you to think of Jecht as the Marshmallow Man. xD

That one was the only Dark Aeon I beat... Out of sheer freakin' luck!
Funny how Rikku is the one complaining about the rock...

It was the first one I fought, and I beat him out of luck as well. For the rest of them, I kinda cheated with Yojimbo and Zanmato.
