Description
This is a portrait of my girlfriend, Tascha. I haven't had time to do much personal paintings lately because of too much work, and my muse has been a bit low because of this. But our 2-year anniversary helped a lot, and I simple wanted to do a simple piece. It's quite detailed, and I spent quite a bit of time on it during evenings and in-between things. The original plan was more complex, but simplicity usually wins when I start messing about with different approaches.Painted using Photoshop CS2 and a Wacom Intuos 2 tablet. Reference used, of course.

Hehe, yeah it was used on HUGI 33, the diskmag once. It was made on a PC, but converted to Amiga.
I still have my Amiga from the old demo-scene days, hehe. Amiga rocks indeed

everybody who did not take part in any kind of way, missed out big time!
yeah, i got my A1200 up in the loft too.

I know this is an older piece, but I want to comment on how well done this is. The texture on the wall, though a background element, is well done and not overlooked. There are a lot of things done well on this, but I really like how you rendered the jeans. Fantastic.
