Umm, yeah I made this for a friend. I'm not sure if it came out exactly like the pic, but I did my best considering the pic was blurry and so small. Painted through Photoshop CS5.Spent about 2 hours on it off and on.
Btw, I added some of my own lighting, and slightly changed the expression.
