Well, now that you mention it, i travelled from berlin to hamburg i order t go to copenhagen, the train arrived late for hamburg so i missed my train to denmark and they refused to give me another ticket to denmark so i had to complain really bad in order to get a new ticket, finally i got to copenhagen 10 hours later than i expected!
