Short and sweet, with accurate information. The notes concerning how water behaves in real life were helpful. This is stuff we probably all noticed as kids, but later forgot about. Now we're reminded of what we observed...
I didn't give high marks on Vision or Originality, because those attributes don't seem to me to apply to a tutorial. In fact, I'd prefer an unoriginal tutorial, because if it's too novel, I probably am not using those features. Similarly, "Vision" just doesn't seem to suit. This is an informational work, not an artistic one.
I gave five stars for technique, because I liked the format - as I said, short and sweet. It gave all the necessary information (and images) without clutter. Well done!
For Impact I only gave four stars. Again, Impact isn't what I'd look for in a tutorial. However, since I intend to use what the artist said here, I gave it a four because it impacted me. If that makes sense...
Overall this is an excellent Deviation.

short and to the point... my only problem is that the drops don't looks very detailed/realistic.

You may finish them, it could be the subject of another tutorial: "how to put light and shadows on droplets"

It looks really nice and realistic, but shouldn't there be shadows on the leaves from water thats still in the flat side of the leaf?

This is just an example on "how to do droplets", not an finished manipulation. Even if it was, the droplets are small enough, the shadows couldn't be very visible... except with a lot of sun, but it's rainy, isn't it?
