Description
The ceiling of an expensive hotel in Moscow. I would probably be kicked out, but i was accompaning my dad to a business lunch, so instead I got all those weird looks, as my... image at the point and my dressing style was very much opposite my usual photography obsessed kind of me.heh
another thought that has nothing to do with anything - when photographing architecture, it's interesting how much of the success if photographer's work and what is architecture person work. :shrugs:

Perhaps you will read this perhaps not. Anyway great photo. The perspective is good, I like the way that the round skylight portion is not in the center of the image, but off to one side. The only thing I might have done differently is that I might have turned my camera so the diagonal line where panels intersect was lined up with the upper left corner of the shot. I dont know if that is a very good description of what I am talking about or not but I don't know how to describe it without pointing at it. I guess the line I am talking about is the one that creates diamonds on either side of it.

I love such interesting details, I'm studing architecture and I want to become a designier...But lately photography is letterally obsessing me to the point of make me consider well what I want to do...
Btw, let's talk abaout the pic! The perspective is brillant and make a great game of simmetryes enhanced by this particular pattern of the ceiling.
Often I don't like much the result of the internal pix shot only with artificial lights...But here thare are so many colors

beautiful photo. i am in love with lines and this is such a great capture, the curves and straight. everythnig is in perfect unison... the colours and melodic paintings... aesthetically pleasing to the eye but also a very interesting photo using depth and composition.

Very well done, one thing (which I don't think you had any control over) is that the lower left corner has something odd sticking out which doesn't seem to fit into the photo. I like that round thing as the center of attention after following some of the colored tiles.
