This isn't bad. Honestly, it's amazing. If I may give an "artistic" critique, I wouldn't remove anything. But I think the picture might have felt more full or complete if you had included the rest of her body and not just cut it off at the neck. You possibly could have done the same with the red cape.
But honestly, fantastic job. Keep up the amazing work.

Well I use a program called GIMP. It's like Photoshop only it's a free download and it causes no viruses.
