That's really awesome ^^ I really like how you coloured it. It kinda reminds me of an oriental water dragon..but not awesome stuff ^^

Its like a hidden joy combined with semi-surrealist thought.
It has such a great softness to it that makes you do a double take because of the skin tone used, yet foreign feel because of the orange and blues.
Did you ink this with a brush by any chance? The linework is gorgeous.

Huh. Almost kind of reminds of the work of Brian Froud . . . With a little Miyazaki thrown in (as other people have suggested). But really it's a "very original" piece and it doesn't seem entirely appropriate to compare it to the work of other artists. I do wish I could see the "whole" character, not just the "upper-half" of the character. Anyhow . . . Rock! I look foward to more of your artwork!

Heh. I can't tell you how many times I've done that myself -- mostly avoided now by use of GIGANTIC water-color tablets! The downside to using HUGE water-color tablets is that they're difficult to maneuver around!

Cool! And a Chinese dragon, too. I'm lovin those nails. Makes me think of the Night Walker in the film Princess Mononoke. Awesome drawing.

Love it. So creative, and the coloring is awesome. I like how you incorporated human and dragon characteristics into one being. Very nice.
