Ratbat is a badly repainted Skar, Rumble is a badly repainted Knok.Their powers even fit with the PowerMaster schtick: Rumble in engine mode could still create those low-frequency groundwaves mentioned in his G1 bio (who needs piledrivers?!), and Ratbat could siphon fuel from other cars by ripping out and then replacing their engines.
