What can I say, I love 'dem hawt animal-ppl and men with long hair.
Drew this at school in an actual Sketchbook for once (oh wonder) and he's turned out a bit slouchy I'm afraid. But whatevs, miles better than any of the previous ref-less humanoids, so I'm gonna count it as a success!
I got ideas for other professions/species to illustrate; It'd be a series of sorts, but in the end it's unlikely any of them will get done. Maybe the thumbnails will be uploaded with the next sketchdump? Hm. Y u do this to me life?! Aaaaand I need to get over my fear of shading drawings like this traditionally. I always think I'll fuck up the textures and ruin the paper by erasing too often. FFFFF- D:Anyway, I hope you guys like it -comments are always appreciated!

By one side, is a great community, with great artists. And more focused than DA.
In the other hand, I'm sure that you know what's the main difference between DA and FA, acceptable-upload wise...

Long manly hair FTW- until a little while ago, I had not realized that I had rather wavy hair, which was why it would not be combed flat. I decided this is actually better than what I had had in mind before, and that I shall not be content to have it cut so short anymore (it takes at least 2-3 inches to form a curl/wave). Just because most men cut their hair short does not mean I cannot grow mine a little longer. Though it seems to puff up more than just go straight down.

Mmmmh, men with long hair are always a good thing! 8D -or very, very short (the other 'extreme'); I think I'm speaking for most women when I say that those 0-8-15 medium short hair+gelled-up at-the-front hairstyles you see most look just really...boring and dumb.

I don't often comment on deviations but your style is absolutely gorgeous! I love the contrast between the strong lines and the sketchier ones, and he has a lot of 'substance' to him on the page. Your anatomy is amazing as well
