.kinda like an evangelion with armor right?wouldn't it be more effective if it were smaller and for a human?it could be faster and more maneuverable and make a heck of alot less noise not to mention less of a cost to construct and less chance of getting hit by enemy weaponry.

true but with its size comes more firepower, range, and endurance. If it was a power armor for a human (wip) it wouldnt be as effective. Plus the size of this unit is about 4-5 times smaller than that of a EVA so the collateral wouldnt be as much of an issue either.
