There was someone I was talking to ah... over notes, I think, who mentioned something about drawing some anthros bees. Anthro bees! I love bees! So I thought I'd try out one of my own. Balancing the bee aspects and the human aspects while trying to create an even vaguely attractive creature was difficult. The result is ah... interesting.... and the consequential noselessness bears an unintentional resemblance to the artwork of a certain snogger. Sorry, man.This kind of style is like a pink feather boa: fun to try on for a minute or two, but definitely not something I'd want to wear all the time. If I ever try an anthro bee again, I'll likely ditch the anime-esque look and go more for purely alien and freakish, a real mix instead of something so toony.
It deviates from my usual style a good deal, and leaves me somewhat unsatisfied, but that's what experiments are about. It's very poppy and mod, where as I am not. And also very warm in color, which I usually don't do.
Anyway, I realize it looks strange. Man, it's hard mixing insects and people XD

From your comments you don't seem too satisfied w/ him, but I'm glad you tried this little experiment of sorts because I'd have to say I love the results. It is very different from the other things in your gallery, but I'd have to say he turned out very cute and so orignal. I hope to see some other pieces similar from you, if you could see yourself doing that lol, but yeah I love the outfit and the background and the colors..Fave!

his foot looks a little odd, though. it looks like it's floating in the air rather than resting on the step, somehow; maybe it's the placement of the shadow.

I usualy think of Q. Bee from Vampire Savior(darkstalkers)when I think of anthro bees,However this marks the 2nd(3rd including Q. Bee) Anthro bee that I have ever seen,so i'm favoritizing it for its subject and matter.
