Oh god I am filling DOGGALAXY with dogs I didn't design myself. Limbo, whatevah.

So this is Drei. I changed a vew things obvi but I hope it's cool.

Drei works directly under the leader of the Dog Republic, making her a very respected dog. She is pretty much a CLASSY LADY and pretty reserved. Her basic mantra is that you don't speak unless it's something worth saying. Since she's a Beta, she is always thinking thinking thinking. What it is she does exactly is not known, highly classified etc.

Level describes the power of a dog's pyschokinetic powers. Level helps resolve disputes between dogs of the same class, such as two Alphas. Occasionally, such as the case with Drei, level will allow a dog to be superior to a technically higher-classed dog. It's all very muddy and has some unclear lines, though.

For those ya'll not in the know, the dogs of DOGGALAXY revolted from mankind after evolving into smarty pants ~*~sparkle dogs.~*~ There is an operation to give high class dogs pyschokinesis, allowing them to manipulate things around them. Though the process is the same for everyone, the effects vary. Some dogs are simply stronger. There is no proven way to 'train' pyschokinetic abilities, though many dogs will say they have a way.

I wanted to give her back a kinda iridescent look, but I opted for sparklies instead. Haha. That's right, she LITERALLY SPARKLES. Heck yeah.
