Description I cry myself to sleep when I think of these masks. They were everywhere in Venice. And the worst part was that I couldn't bring none of them back home with me. I just had to watch them there till my eyes hurt so badly I was forced to close them for a second and then look again and start to cry over their beauty. I couldn't turn around and look away because right next to one mask shop there were another and I kept drooling over the sight windows and watch them with huge envy over the people who live in Italy and actually buy those beautiful masks.

I miss Venice, mostly because of these masks...<3

I would have bought also but my bag was so full other stuff that it would have destroyed the mask for sure if I had placed it there. I simply didn't have any choice :/ But some day I will buy mask for myself. They're so cool ^^

I don't like easy routes when it comes to something that I love. I like to buy the item that I have searched so long in a actual shop and walk out the shop with a huge smile on my face. Walking home with that special item is a feeling that I don't have any replacement for. It's only my way of doing things

aaah they're so beautiful. I know exactly what you mean. Was it hard to carry them in your bagagge? Or why could you walk away not buying it? I couldn't!!! (Or are they so expensive?)

I couldn't buy them because they would have been crushed in my bag, I was so broken hearted when I had to leave Venice without them. I think I one day buy one, no matter what ^^
