Okay, so I drew this a really long time ago...and I forgot to submit it because it was right on the edge of my hiatus.Anyway! The story behind is that I was watching the old Batman cartoon..the one with Tim Drake instead of Dick Grayson. Well, there's an episode call Never Fear where Bruce Wayne goes undercover...in the same suit he wore to the office...his disguise??? A badly drawn on mustache, some big shades, and a bad accent. ("Hey! Be cool!") As you can guess, nobody knew it was him. This baffled me to no end, much like Superman's glasses disguise does.
So I told ~SydneyPrimal and she joked that I should do a comic about Batman putting on a mustache and nobody knowing it was him. This is the end result.

EDIT: I've colored it!! I was gonna color it with colored pencils, but I didn't feel like doing the re-scanning and re-ligning and framing and all that stuff. So I colored it on Photoshop 7.0

If I'm thinking correctly it was a reference to Matches Malone, the disguise Batman takes on in the comics after witnessing the death of the character.

Oh, was it? I don't have near enough experience with the comics as I should. Was the Matches Malone disguise any more convincing than The Stache? :3

Not too much more, it was a mustache and glasses. He might, if I remember correctly, have changed up his face a bit to resemble the crook. *shrugs* I don't quite have as much experience as I'd like either.
I've just read a few old comics with him in it and I think they reference Malone in the original animated series before the new adventures.

Yeah, probably. I can't remember any of his disguises except the one with white hair that he used in the Forgotten episode. If I had more money and time, I'd invest in the comics.

That's the beauty of it, most, if not all of my comics are bought from auctions el cheapo.
Oh yeah, I forgot about his homeless disguise in The Forgotten. I do remember the fat guy from it though! XD Who was the man Bruce was trapped with? Wasn't his name Riley?

Thanks. The bad guys in Batman were never really expendable though. Even the no-name bad guys on the sideline kept coming back. Or at least in the cartoon.
