Description
You can belive or not, but this one was rendered in Cycles.2048 samples made it look almost like from Internal. Specialy since it's using normalmap textures as Internal. Finally I figured it out, test it, and that the result.
Sorry for no background thou'. I wanted to share it as fast as I can and untouched by Photoshop to make some people shut with comments like "you only photoshoped it"

Because you must set materials in Cycles engine for cycles engine, otherwise it will be AO like effect.

When you're in materials tab you have to click the Use nodes. It will automaticly give you a diffuse (mate) white material and now the fun starts...
Because you can choose single node (i'm counting here only the ones for models):
Diffuse - mate color
Glossy - Reflective (if not reflecting anything it's black), roughness makes it reflections sharp (0.0) or very blurry (1.0).
Glass - I doubt I need to explain?
Transparent - White gives complete transparent material, when black gives black material
Translucent - Light passes through the model and lights it from other side (like light which passes through your fingers )
Velvet - for smoke effects (but didn't figured out to use it properly yet)
Emission - turns model with that material into light source
Mix Shader - mixes two shaders in some proportion
Add Shader - adds one shader to another (best for diffuse giving colour and glossy giving reflections)
Of course that's the basic set. To get more realistic ie. skin you must make a proper set of nodes of shaders to get proper material.

Well... She is old. She could be my mother (easy to say, since my own mother is in the same age )

It could be even:
"how many fingers do you see?"
"em... pink?"
