I can't quite vouch for how exactly canon this is, but, it's probably a decent rough guideline as to who gets how big over the course of babymakin'.

Mostly it's just the extremes that need explaining. Trina's huge because her kid is partially orc, and those generally aren't pocket sized. BW's kid has extra limbs, although his babby wings clearly aren't THAT big, but she's, I dunno, also a weird magic monster so maybe this is just how big she was assembled to be. Also she's tiny so of course I wanna slap the biggest belly on her.

On the other side, Cassie's fairly tiny on account of both herself and Alice being fairly sickly and high risk, so there's really almost no chance of ever hitting full term there.

Anyway this isn't half as weird as what's coming up next...
