Now, I’m not the official storyteller for anything involving Formaldehyde or anything, that’s mymordeshmelancholy.tumblr.com…’s department, but somewhere down the line Yasty manages to commandeer an abandoned exo-lab cloning facility in Ellevar (as the Caretaker node has mysteriously vanished) and rig up a new body for her giant zombie boyfriend. It’s not permanent, and it takes the mordesh a long time to adjust to the smaller, extra-appendaged body and everything is so loud now but the chance to be properly alive again was too much to pass up.
Probably no surprise that this results in that second batch of kids but, christ, who wouldn’t after like eighty years of being a corpse? And for a little bit of time Yasty gets to experience what a normal Aurin relationship feels like since she can now scoop up her tiny lover in her arms and tower over him by a few inches otherwise.
