Seriously. I've heard everything from giving gifts in boxes, to boxing matches, to "Its the day when the rich people gave their leftovers to the poor people." I'm guessing that last one is the right one, but still.Anyway, here in scrapland Virginia and Maya have over binged on Christmas dinner, and thus, here they are, looking sketchy and with weird eyes.

In Australia, we just celebrate the start of the boxing day test match of Cricket. It's basically how LPARK435 described it only I know people who just donate to the local Salvation Army or St Vincent charity store.
I was under the impression that the countries of the Commonwealth were the only ones to celebrate it. I could be wrong.

Yeah, it's just Commonwealth stuff apparently. It only applies to me now that I've moved down to Australia, and have had my first 'boxing day,' which consisted of playing video games and eating leftover turkey, thus making it a damn fine holiday if there ever was one!

i am british and you last statement about the rich giving to the poor or just your regular joe giving a gift or food to the needy basically a charity day i would call it.
