I love the touch of symbolism in this pic; Tiber Septim weighing ankle-deep in blood. That shows the various conquests that have united Tamriel with such bloodshed.

No there's is still 300 years before he is born in Atmora. ESO happens around 2E 583 while Tiber Septim/Talos/Hjalti won't be born until around 2E 828.
