CG hub is relatively new. From my link, I believe I am member #942 (something like that), so I believe there's not a lot of people there yet. The cool thing about CG hub is that the VERY GOOD artists dominate and not the chibi-anime artists, so it's good!
Your works are high leveled and you should join there. You should also comment other people's works to get noticed as well, usually the popular artists but they're really good
