Scene Contest~SPOILERS FOR CROOKEDSTAR'S PROMISE!!
"At least you're still calling him Stormkit."
"And I'll keep calling him that till Hailstar changes his name formally."
"So you're still determined to call him Crookedkit?"
Stormkit Froze, "Crookedkit?"
"It will suit him.."
"Don't you think its a bit cruel!?"
"If he'd stayed in camp, he'd never have had the accident!"
She does blame me!
"Then he wouldn't be the ugly mess he is now...He'd still be my handsome young Warrior."
Anyway, for the contest, I decided to draw Stormkit finding out what his mother thought of him.
You can read the book to see what happens next, this really brought tears to my eyes...
Stormkit didn't deserve such treatment from his own mother!

Sorry about that, to answer your question, his original name was Stormkit, and he snuck out of camp when he was a kit and met Goosefeather(the thunderclan medicine cat at the time), and got scared. He ran with his brother back across the stepping stones of the river they lived by but he slipped and hit his face and broke his jaw, forever scarring him, and since that day his mother disowned him and demanded that they change his name to Crookedkit. Hope I helped. ^u^
