Had to change the title of this AU because there was another AU called YokaiTale(with ninjas) on tumblr. Hope you like it the same way

Backstories:

Toriel: A female bakemono resembling an anthropomorphic white goat, surrounded by ghost fires resembling children, wich she care for deeply. Toriel lives near the mountain where many children where abandoned to their deaths along the years, trying to help them to at least give them a proper life or...burial. She herself lost her own child to humans. When finding Frisk's spirit, she doesn't have the heart to tell them that they are dead, seeing how much they are attached to life.

Asriel/flowey: Toriel's lost child. Asriel, while trying to ask for the villagers help after finding his best friend Chara's dead body in the forest, is killed by the latter, only to come back as a Onryo(spirit full of hate and revenge) in the form of a Jubokko flower that feeds on human blood and kills for pleasure.
It was Flowey who killed Frisk during their fall, hunging them during the landslide.

Chara: A child that died alone by accident on the forest, impaled by a tree. Chara's spirit comes back as a vegenful spirit seeking for their friend, only to be found by an exorcist and trapped inside a mirror. chara can transfer their spirit into a human body if the mirror is being looked at, trapping the human soul in the mirror during transfer.
