Details, details. I love them.

You always choose such interesting color combinations, it's beautifully original. These colors make me think of the Victorian Era and the popular colors used during that time. The bright colors of the tops of the uniforms the boys are wearing contrast with the rest of the image, I think that's an interesting choice to make.

The characters are saying a lot with their body language. The expression on the blonde-haired boy is beautiful and timeless, I feel really connected to that part of this image.

The shapes that liven-up the borders are beautiful. You made another interesting choice by using black and white here. The butterflies seem to stand out and disappear simultaneously. The foliage-shapes and colors are beautiful and I really love that you chose to include them here.

There is a sketch-quality to this image in places, but it's contrasted by clear-defined shapes and lines that grab the attention of the viewer. The newspaper is fantastically rendered.

The more I study this image the deeper I fall in love with it. Amazing work, ~Hikoneki .
