This huge property is located in a great valley with varying elevation, surrounded by secure mountains.
From the top. A huge mansion on the hilltop - it's the main house where the owner family reside. Behind it they have a poolside entertainment area with a staff & security house nearby.
The hill comes down to a large lake with a long beach area. The shore isn't steep, but there is a sudden drop to deeper waters. There's a beach house with a dock and a boat to get to the island villa on a small island. There's a small bridge that takes you to two little cabins.
On the other side of the mansion there's the smallest yet properly roomy cattery a little bit downhill, and two decently large cat pens with special tall fencing. Going around the mansion there's some show cages that are used for short periods at a time. The first watchtower rises to a good height and either a guard can monitor the premises with binoculars, or a guest can admire the mansion and the gorgeous mountain scenery. If you look closely, you can make out the guest house and a huge garage before the lake. Over there is also a botanical garden that is a bit hidden by a forest. It is illuminated by lights late to the evening, and the glow can be seen from afar. Next to the garden is the stable and a horse arena, a barn and pastures for the hooved residents of Night Hill Properties.
A long road takes us to another staff & security building. This is where people enter the property. Right next to it is the big hobby centre, an entertaining building with equipment and space for all sorts of free time activities. And naturally, a leisure house for slow days, and on the foot of the hill, a large greenhouse that gives a good harvest all year round. Downhill, a pet house with varying pens for small to medium sized animals.
Behind a lake is the dog kennel for the pedigree pups, with multiple cages outside.
The second largest structure of the property, a cattery, with indoor pens big enough to keep large shedu cats content. Behind it is a staff house and another dog house, this one is mainly for the guard dogs of the property. A big pasture takes us to the guard's house, with a steep road up to the two hillside manors, that are available for friends and family alike. From this high hill and another watchtower, all the other enormous shedu pastures can be seen. The windowed fences are specially made for keeping these large felines inside. Behind the free roaming areas is the largest building, the training centre. It has room for a wide range of shedu sports and activities. There's office space and a gym for people too. Next to it is another staff house, and the outdoor arena with auditorium around it. That takes us to some big cat pens, and the third and final cattery.

The property is guarded by well paid people and dogs, and the location is quite secure. Visitors with invites are warmly welcomed!
