Description
update: added some more detailing in the background & on the rocks based on some good feedback.update: added even more detail & made it a bit more fiery.
here I am again with a little painting of a very big-looking dragon.
photoshop over a couple of evenings.
the 2 human characters & surroundings were somewhat difficult.
I started with just a sketch of a dragon & it kind of grew more & more into an epic fantasy scene.

especially that it's a great picture.
I do admit that the colorsceme itself was something more ambitious that I planned & worked on.
the little peoples & their placing/surroundings was my biggest concearn.

that real fantastical feel of the dragon , especially in the colorchoice, has come together perfectly. it's what I'm most pleased with myself.
the human characters as you may notice were more of a painted-in afterthought. though I do dig that little knight.

That is, epic, I love how truly enormous the dragon is, and how it's quite unique. I think that knight there is either very hopeful, very brave, very desperate or more than a little daft XD or a combination.
The landscape is really good and the lighting is just right in my opinion
