I just tried it and it worked on my second try!!!! I got stuck on the part when you said to make a new layer because I wasn't sure if I should do that in the regular screen or the channels screen... and then I got it - that you open the transparent layer and copy the lineart from the backgroud over to the transparent layer in the regular screen. Yay! Thanks!!
