Yumida, elder sister of Yokai and the first child in family, possessed the chakra that was necessary to use the main technique of Miruko clan, but itself she was a very noisy and restless child who had no desire to study the traditions, history and teachings of the clan, causing a disapproving attitude of elders. Nevertheless, she was really promising and strong, mastering the techniques was given to her easily.

Shortly before her sixteenth birthday, Yumida, as a lover of adventures, decided to run away from home for the night, despite the warnings of her parents. Yokai, feeling something bad, tried by all means to persuade Yumida to stay at home, or at least not to leave the village, but she nevertheless succumbed to the persuasion of her older sister.
They went to this “very unusual and beautiful” place that Yumida found. It was located on the outskirts of the village in a very deserted place.
And exactly there the unknown shinobi attacked them. As it turned out later, this man was hunting for secret techniques of the ancient clans, to which Miruko belongs, and wanted to steal their main relic, which, at first glance, he managed to accomplish.

Yumida was seriously injured having defended his younger sister, none of the doctors could help her.
The head of the Miruko clan was also concerned that the heiress, who in the future should have inherited all secret techniques, was actually dying. In addition, the eldest of Miruko, who very often influences the decisions of the head of the clan, insisted on “transferring” the seal from Yumida to Yokai. Therefore, in fact, it is decided to conduct a ritual in order to seal part of the “spirit” in Yokai, and Yumida willingly agreed to this, anticipating the imminent and near death.

After the seal was put on Yokai, Yumida soon died, and Yo rehabilitated for a very long time, exhausted by the seal.

Именно там на них нападает неизвестный. Как оказалось позднее, этот человек охотился за секретными техниками древних кланов, к которым относится и Мируко, и хотел украсть их главную реликвию, что, на первый взгляд, ему и удалось осуществить.
Защищая свою младшую сестру, Юмида получает очень серьезные ранения. Впоследствии оказывается, что ранения Юмиды не совместимы с жизнью, и никто из врачей не смог ей помочь.
Глава клана Мируко тоже был обеспокоен тем, что наследница, которая в будущем должна была унаследовать все секретные его техники, фактически умирает. К тому же, самый старший из Мируко, который очень часто влияет на решения главы клана, настаивает на том, чтобы «перенести» печать с Юмиды на Йокаи.
