Yes it is but you won't get it right away. You have to buy a common with PC (100 PC) first, upgrade it to Rare (50 PC) and then Super Rare (50 PC). You have to wait two days between upgrading. If you want it faster you upgrade your common myo two steps higher with 200 PC. The second option also costs 100 PC more. Here's more info PopCoin Shop
