Some of you may be saying "Not another one, ugggggg" and some of you may say nothing more than "Sweet". But at least Im putting out SOMETHINGActually I am quite proud of this. I really think its one of my best. Hopefully you guys think so too. Any comments?

I must say, a really awesome piece though.. certainly very striking.
I have a few suggestions for your consideration..
Where the cables connect; firstly the ones on the cheek look great, but I think it'd look better if you worked in some veins into the bulgy bit, and merge the colour of the skin in more strongly so it looks more attatched to the face. Then for the ones on the forehead.. I see you blended them in more. But to me they don't really sell the penetration into the head. I think similar 'bulges' like you did on the cheek would look better. Maybe not quite so emphasised.. but still. Right now they look as though they just vaguely fade into the skin, rather than push through.
The eyes; I think they look fantastic the way they are.. with that really intense light exploding from the sockets. Incidentally.. I dunno whether you were intending for an empty socket look or a glowing eyeball look, but if it was the former, I think you should brush out the eyelashes you can see there.. just a minor thing. Anyhow.. what I was gonna suggest was adding some reflected light from the eyes on the nose, down the cheeks and below the eyebrows (and anywhere else that looks good). I think it'd be a subtle compliment to the power of the eye-light, as well as adding a bit of realism.
That bright, sorta hazy light floating around the head.. there's a very thick bit in front of the neck which I think you should tone down a bit. I get the impression that it's all emanating from the eyes, so that bit by the neck looks a bit out of place and detracts a little from the flow.
The nose seems rather pink. Perhaps that was intentional, but it stands out a bit.. I think it'd look nicer if the skin colour matched the rest of the face.
All that said, it's one damn fine piece here. The textures are particularly impressive

you just keep getting better at these. it's a nice trend to have - upward.
i love the eyes, the colors, and the veins in the skin, but i'm not sure about the two circle spots on the neck...they seem too blended into the skin. in fact, all the sort of mechanical areas look like that. i think there should be more of a distinct line there separating mechanic from organic. also, the mouth looks too much like it was paintbrushed out.

to be honest, i don't really like this. there's parts of it that i do like, i like the background, i like the way that the light is coming from within the image instead of an external source.. but i don't like how.. gross, the skin looks. you did a very nice job with the texturing, and the tubing coming out of him/her, and the lips look amazing, but the tiny veins and the two wartlike bumps upset my stomach a little, makes me kinna queasy. sorry love, figured honesty was better than nothing at all.

I saw this on the front page, and I was like "20 bucks says it was done by nate..." And I was right. So I guess I owe myself $20... I guess I'll have to settle for an IOU from myself at the momment. But I like. I love the lips for some reason. And the background is sweet. Very nice...

Thats some good skill. I am very stunned by the glowing and the effects going on. Very awesome work and piece.
