I thought I was in a rut, I didnt know why I couldnt let this concept go. I mean, I enjoyed doing it, I liked the challenge of manipulating it, but I didnt know why I was so driven to do it again. Then it hit me. The symbolism, the feelings, what I was trying to convey, the ugliness of it. Perhaps knowing why Im doing something can free me from it, and perhaps I can conceptualize something new. Or perhaps I will continue to see how far I can push the boundaries of this one concept.I dont know. Let me know what you think.

It is almost like a fine symphony of colors, textures and I particularly luv the arms movement all coinciding on how I think art SHOULD be. I am astounded with this piece.

What a fantastic horror you've created here. Great representation of what it must be like to truly suffer addiction, to be tied to something, unable to let go or free yourself from it's grasp... it becomes intertwined, a part of you.

the peice is cool..were you going for a 3dish peice though like the others are suggesting...? i think its great as is..look like something maynard would have hangiing over his bed...(maynard=tool)

Very nice indeed. Though I do have a couple of suggestions. The face inside the chest could be blended in a little better colorwise. I also think that it should be a little bit more prominent. I didn't even notice it for a while. Other than that, I really like this. Great stuff.

oh my gosh that owns, the way the arms just seeme to dance from the figure is amazing, I kept moving my eyes from the left arm, trying to see if it connected to one of the right arms, and it gave it a sence of motion to me, the texturing is awesome, it looks almost like a old oil painting that has gone threw some rough conditions. Great job!

Holy jeebus.. this kicks arse! There's so much flow & rhythm throughout the figure. I love the movement of the arms on the right.. it's just composed beautifully. Nice colours and textures too. Great work!
