hippo2 — Stock - Egyptian tempel

Description A digital drawing of an ancient Egyptian tempel. It was all done with Gimp 2.4.

It doesn't depict a particular spot in Egypt. And I'm not sure if such a construction was even possible in that time. Maybe I'd need a few more pillars, but I'm no architect.

That's a very nice stock!

But, the Egyptians usually built their collums in a squar style, unlike the round and carved Roman and Greek style.

The Egyptians had round columns too. Look at the Temple at Karnak. (Or maybe I get you wrong here).
