My part of an art trade withHe wished for his girls Kathy, Helena and Valentina (from left to right) to be turned into genies by Martha while bellydancing together.

It's a non-canon comic. But I guess it is permanent. Martha's transformations are permanent, unless wished otherwise.

Well, there may be some explanations:
1.Maybe they are just amateur dancers who dance for fun after work or university and they are dreaming more about succesful career, money, family, a mansion in Swiss Alps and then about retirement, large pension and grandchildren.
But from now on they will have to live in a bottle, obey their masters and fulfil wishes, 95% of which will be stupid or evil. They also won't have any private life, because any minute someone may rub the lamp and interrupt anything that they are doing.
The worst thing is that they won't be able to retire after 40 years of service and will have to serve as genies for thousands of years if not for eternity.
All this requires a change in personal values and some time to adapt because all this information most likely will make an ordinary person unhappy, especially if there is no way back.
2.They don't know how to explain this to their Moms.
3.The material of the veils that the girls are now forced to wear is itchy or doesn't allow them to breathe properly.
